About Us

Give us a challenge. We love them.

We’re creative, strategic, and talented, but you expect that when working with a marketing firm, right? What you might not expect is how quickly and smoothly an agile collective of designers, writers, strategists, and production specialists can take your project from concept to market.

No bulky, expensive overhead. No drawn-out timelines. Just a group of focused professionals with years of experience who are quick with a response, and even quicker with their wit.

 Becoming LOWD

The pandemic and the changing way we all worked during 2019 and 2020 wasn’t all bad! After being a principal at Level Design for over 17 years, a new opportunity was on the horizon. Tom Ungrey had worked with Owner Ryan Smallegan of OWL Computing and the development team at OWL for several years, utilizing their talent to build multiple websites, mobile apps, and software. The more collaborating OWL and Level participated in, the more synergy developed for a new way to work with and for clients that could benefit from a strategic partnership of the two company offerings.

Tom brings years of branding and advertising experience working as a marketing partner for the largest employer in the state of Michigan. Ryan and his team provide digital marketing expertise and growth to the clients and brands they service. It only made sense with the changing work culture and noticeable gap in the client marketplace for a service that offered branding and marketing that the two companies could create a new marketing entity to solve client, company, and brand problems in an innovative, scientific, and measurable way.
